Went to Student Theater today and yesterday to finalize laser show, will be filming tomorrow
Have been some issues with tech teams not responding to TD/not coming back with necessary materials in time
Natalie will reach out to us if they need any support, TD and ATD are amazing and everyone is supporting each other

Decisions: Pitch GM date, what people are pitching for, parameters for those pitches
No musicals, asking for flexible contingency plans for virtual possibilities
Two regular mainstages or F&F and mainstage
Additions to Pitch Form
No musicals
Team must be prepared to pivot their vision if things go virtual - flexible plans
Add a question to the form about how they will ensure their tech vision can function in person or virtually - and how tech will be fully involved
No non-BU involvement
F&F Outdoor Festival - everyone is on board!
Now we have to secure the space and iron out timing/logistics
We will hopefully have clearer answers on that after meeting Dean B this week
How long can we have the space? How long will these time slots be?
Can we get the space for 2 weeks instead of just 1?
Each group would prepare something corresponding to their group
Time slots over the weekend, each group would present
Each group will have their own pitch process, would be autonomous in their own section of the festival
Collaboration would be putting it together as a festival
WM and SS have been thinking full plays
Issue: tech runs, multiple groups vying for that time
Will be good to iron out length beforehand
Common theme? Format? - brainstorm about this!
