    - Natalie will likely do it to make things simple

- Natalie will be stepping in for Brooke
- Will meet with Julia for costumes

- I met with members of the creative team and FYSOP and made out a solid plan for the in person shows.
- I’m going to try to have quick conversations with members of the tech team who weren’t at the meeting about the plan.
- I will also probably be taking over for lights and will figure out what to do for sound for the conference auditorium because it’s not in the same place

Reimagining BUSTies?

Photonics already booked for that night?

  - Need to find a new location rather than a different day
BUSTies is consistently way too long
- With location change, should parts of the event change as well?
  - Separating roasts into its own event? Cut roasts altogether?
We’ve held BUSTies in the GSU underground before
Roast night in another location, much more casual event?
- Would definitely help the vibes for each event
Add a ~senior speaker~ to BUSTies?
- Keep the energy celebratory instead of inside joke-y
