F&F Weekend: Grease
- Director: Ellie
  - - Fixing trouble spots, but in a good place.
- Asst Director: Lara
  - Tired, but kicking.
  - Would love to have McKayla meet with Alicia about platforms.
- SM: Ariana
  - Stressed out a little because of conflicts.
  - Move-in went well. Everyone showed up on time.
  - Sitzprobe went really well.
  - Heading into tech week, hoping cast can minimized conflicts.
  - Gave Evan keys to Student Theater.
- TD: Alicia
  - Caitlin and Chris were saviors!
  - Move-in happened. Everyone was super collaborative.
  - Ran into a couple issues with the set, but Chris and Caitlin solved it.
  - Issue with lights and Tsai, but it was worked out.
- Producer: Sam
  - Headshots were edited and were sent out to the cast.
  - New cover photo this week as well.
  - Working on the budget and getting all the receipts from people as they come.
  - Videos are all done. One for every day this week.
  - Lobby plan in place. Started working on it today. A lot of it was finished today.
  - Have a surprise promo event planned.
  - Program is done. Good and ready to be ordered.
  - Picked up mics from SPS so that is all set.
  - Confirmed that BU Today will send a photographer to do feature on the show.
- Choreographer: McKayla
  - Dances are almost all stage ready.
  - Finishing the rest of the choreography tonight and practicing all of them.
  - Focusing on blocking numbers on the platforms.
- Music Director: Jake
  - Only have a couple of background vocals left to polish.
  - Sitzprobe was success.
  - Pit will be moving into Tsai sometime before rehearsal on Sunday.
Speech and Debate
- Director: Sarah
  - Got music and sheet music.
  - Every scene is blocked, except the two short songs and dance. Working on that this week.
  - Actors are working hard to get off book.
  - Went to see lead in a debate competition at Harvard.
- SM: Lauren
  - Cast is gelling really well.
  - Soft off book is this Tuesday. Hard off book is next Tuesday.
  - Went to real life speech and debate competition.
  - Photoshoot potentially this week.
  - Lots of scheduling conflicts. Figuring it out and it's working.
- TD: Francis
  - Had a tech meeting today. Someone from every department was there.
  - Things are moving along on schedule.
  - Have a set design everyone is happy with.
  - Need to meet with build to see what we have and need to make.
  - Need to meet with lights.
- Producers: HwaYoun and Elle
  - Scheduled promotional shoot for cast.
  - Updated Warren poster.
  - Made a Snapchat filter.
  - On schedule to start promo when Grease ends.
The Flick
- Director: Lucy
  - Most of Act 1 and half of Act 2 is blocked. Finishing the rest this week.
  - Went to West Newton with David to pick up theater seats. Will write thank you note this week.
  - Actors are working to get off book.
  - In a good spot.
- SM: Abby
  - Esiri got permission to take an exam early, so don't need to push back the time of show.
  - New ASM Andrea is great!
  - Won't be at rehearsal this week because of Grease.
  - Soft off book is this week. Hard off book is next week.
- TD: David
  - Got seats today!
  - Helped Grease build today with Lucy.
  - Chrissy has great ideas.
  - Signed up for safety training.
  - Doing cut list soon.
  - Departments who need to go into rehearsal are going next week.
- Producers: Angelica and Tori
  - Google calendar is made and set up.
  - Met with assistants and know what they're interested in. Meeting with them again this week.
  - Looking at different dates for promo videos and headshots.

E-Board Check-Ins:

President: Chris
- Met with Bryan about Room Res.
- Helped Evan relocate rehearsals.
- Met with Dean Battaligno about the space on Beacon. Perfect for our needs.
- Set up meeting with Grease creative team in person.
- Helped build on Tuesday.
- Played kickball and Self Care Saturday.
VP: Evan
- Worked out rooms problem, but concerned about future semesters.
- Dropped in and helped out with little things with Grease.
- Played kickball.
VPSP: Abby
- Kickball happened. It was fun. We hustled well. Traveled as a group with OB this year.
- Had Self Care Saturday for Troupies. Membership enjoyed it.
- Started promoting One Acts to people. Been getting interest.
Treasurer: Andy
- Made OrgSync events for main stages.
- Submitted Eventbrite requests for Speech and Debate and The Flick.
- Helped Sam with a lot of Grease stuff today.
- Ordered Space stuff for Caitlin.
- Chris is picking up iPads this week for F&F.
- Kickball happened. It was fun.
- Ordered some stuff from DPS.
Secretary: Lucy
- Submitted Grease to BU and ArtsBoston calendars.
- Some issues with festival details, but getting it sorted tonight.
- Also met with the Grease creative team.
- Helped with Grease build this week.
- Sent out email with info on the rest of the GMs for the semester.
- Made Facebook events for Kickball and Self-Care Sunday and went to those events.
TA: Caitlin
- Grease build week was this week.
- Bought things for the Space.
- Sent out a huge email to other groups about safety training and rental procedures.
- TDs have all checked in about safety training.
- Gave Space key to Francis.
