Dog Sees God
- Director: Karen
  - Steve came and guest directed
  - Move in was so smooth
  - Did a run through for Songs for a New World today
  - Excited for Tech Week
- TD: Sam
  - Build week happened
    - Spent too much on paint but The Glass Menagerie and Play It Again, Sam graciously agreed to help us cover it
    - Set was built with basically no issues
    - Moving the set in and setting up went super quickly
      - Had a slight issue with lights in that only one person showed up; thankfully Marissa Mendez came and saved the day
      - Call time for lights will have to be pretty early tomorrow to set everything up
- Producer: Danielle
  - Sent out the GSU Link doc
  - Got cute buttons for the Link table
  - T-shirts are in
  - Going to make a comic strip
  - Promo video will be done tomorrow
  - Trying to collaborate with Kappa Delta because they have a link with MassKids
- SM: Erin
  - Move-in was so smooth
  - Did a full-run (minus tech elements like sound and lights) for Songs for a New World cast and they loved it
  - The actors feel great, they loved having an audience
    - They are most definitely performance ready
  - Only thing now is to incorporate tech
The Glass Menagerie
- Director: Victor
  - Started doing runs this week
  - Actors are honing on their characters
  - Tech meetings are seamless
  - Had the shoot for the poster today
- TD: Caitlin
  - Wasn’t able to go to tech meeting today – ATD took notes
  - Making cut list with Jamie and Eli
  - Move in day is the last Sunday of Spring Break
  - TDs need to be looped in for poster photo shoot to coordinate tech elements – always happens last minute and could easily be avoided
- SM: Alison
  - Soft off book
  - Put rehearsal schedule in tech group so they can come to rehearsals
- Producer: Andy
  - Had the poster shoot today
  - Finalizing t-shirt design
  - Trying something out and having departments submit SDRs as compilations of several receipts that are under $175
    - Will be limiting these compilations to 2 or 3 per department, so that the work on the producers side is a little bit easier
Play It Again, Sam
- Director: Daniella
  - Lead, Jordan, has strep throat this week so had to cancel two rehearsals; going to make up for lost time this week
  - Going to have a cast bonding soon
- TD: Chris
  - Tried setting up department meetings last week – didn’t really work with a Google Form, try Doodle in the future
    - More will come this week
  - Good to see the Dog Sees God set on the stage this week to have a perception of space
- SM: Nicolette
  - Reworking the schedule after this wee
  - Hard off book date will be before Spring Break

  - Planning the poster

- Got a lot of plays for the Play Library – will post a picture on Facebook
VP: Alison
- Gave keys to Karen for Erin
VPSP: Danny
- Sent Karlie a list of the vendors for the Dog Sees God program
- Will make the Musical Number/Monologue Director application soon and Karlie will put in on the website
- Reading Committee sign ups officially start on March 4^th
- Got 10 Broadway in Boston signups – will finalize details in the future
Treasurer: Brittany
- Using other show budgets for Dog Sees God expenditures so we can maximize the amount of funds for MassKids
- Confirmed Play It Again, Sam Warren poster
Secretary: Karlie
- Recovered the Stage Troupe ArtsBoston account to post event listings to
- Added Dog Sees God event listings to ArtsBoston and the BU events calendar
- Got in touch with WTBU contact about the interview from awhile back – should be up soon
- Have to edit trigger warning for Dog Sees God
- Pitched story to a writer at The Daily Free Press
TA: Jamie
- OB rented things for 20 Minute Musicals
- VagMo is borrowing chairs
- We had two saws break this week
- Dog Sees God build week
- A bunch of actors from Dog Sees God said that they wanted to join tech today - added them to Play It Again, Sam
- People need to talk to Jamie directly if they want access to The Space
- Playwrights Theater has been calling Jamie every Friday for the past few weeks
