- Director: Karen
  - Did a quasi full run
  - Almost completely blocked – just need to tweak a few more things
  - Some people are already soft off book
- TD: Sam
  - Had first tech meeting today
  - Went to rehearsal today
  - Department meetings are scheduled
- SM: Erin
  - Had a bonding – great because of the new cast
  - Having some scheduling issues but it will sort itself out
- Producer: Danielle
  - T-Shirts are ordered – cast and crew need to give $ though
  - Poster is done - going to SAO tomorrow to get it approved and printed for Warren
  - Cover photo is done
  - GSU poster is approved
  - Assistants are great and all is going well
  - Question: what is the budget based on how much we raised from TA event? Going to do our best not to spend anything but might need to spend a few bucks
The Glass Menagerie
- Director: Victor
  - Had character meetings
  - Blocked around 1/5 of the show
  - Was worried about Amanda’s southern accent; reached out to people in CFA and got resources from them
- TD: Caitlin
  - Had first tech meeting – a couple people didn’t show up, will be contacting them
  - Had a set design meeting on Friday – in the works
  - Going to meet with Jamie sometime this week
  - Looking to have a meeting with just department heads next week
- SM: Alison
  - ASMs are very present and available
  - Working on the schedule for the next couple weeks
- Producers: Andy and Emma
  - Had a meeting with Victor – want to do a lot of collaboration with assistants
  - Talked to Caitlin about budget
  - Emma will pair up with Lucy to possibly do a video promo
Play It Again, Sam
- Director: Daniella
  - Had first rehearsal - did a lot of character work with all the actors - went really well
  - This week will begin more formal rehearsals working with the script and blocking
  - Had first meeting with Chris
  - Meeting with Chris and Karen on Monday to discuss set design
  - Need to meet with Karen and Paulina to discuss producing things

  - Had a solid 2 hour meeting with Daniella about tech vision
  - First tech meeting today
  - Setting up ways to make sure assistants stay involved
  - Going to wait for Caitlin to schedule Menagerie department meetings before he does with his crew
- SM: Nicolette
  - Had first rehearsal on Thursday
  - Worked on character development
  - Going to compose a rehearsal schedule and send it out at some point this week
- Producers: Karen and Paulina
  - Know the budget
  - Will meet with the assistants this week
  - Excited to have the time from last show slot
  - Hoping to meet with Daniella sometime soon

E-Board Check Ins

President: Michael
- SAO theater rep scheduled a meeting with the VPs and Presidents of the groups for this Friday at 3:30PM
- GM #3 - March 20th
VP: Alison
- Dealt with SAO through the internet this week
- Got weekend rooms for the shows
- OB has the theater not this week, but next week
- Got the recycling bins for the theater
VPSP: Danny
- TA Event went very well
- Showcase #1 poll is up
- New plaques are up in the theater
- Fall 2016 pitches including Parents’ Weekend due Wednesday, March 2^nd at 3PM MCS B17
- Spring 2016 One Acts and Monologue Festival and Summer Show 2016 pitches due Wednesday, March 16^th at 3PM MCS B17
- Summer show auditions: Monday, April 25^th and Tuesday, April 26^th, 6PM-10PM
- Space signing: Sunday, May 8^th
Treasurer: Brittany
- Total raised from TA Event and Assassins: $886.00
- Not sure where the stickers are – they were supposed to be here on 2/2
- Made a comprehensive Producer’s Guide – Karlie put it up on the website
- Need to resend Google Form for t-shirts
Secretary: Karlie
- BU Today photographer came to Tech Show rehearsal on Wednesday – the photo she took will be on the front page of the paper later this week to promote the show
- Still waiting on WTBU interview to be posted – they’re having a bit of tech trouble at the minute, but they’ll send it along as soon as it is posted to their channels
- Trying to get BU Today piece on COMBAT on our website
- Made Tech Show, Insomnia Cookies fundraiser and Dog Sees God Facebook events
- Added all dues paying members to email list for this semester – will update continuously
- Updated the sidebar on the website to Tech Show poster
- Updated show pages with casting, TD and Producer info
TA: Jamie
- Did all the safety training for Troupe TD’s – still working on WM and OB
- Tech Show tech week is upon us
  - Double cast a couple characters that are kind of hard to work around
  - Didn’t tell the actors that they had to go to move in – but it worked out
Andy
- Paulina gave him a new hard drive - it’s a terabyte
- Going to try to a write up for future videographers
- There’s a gap for either Fall 2013 or Spring 2014 on the hard drive – will figure it out
