- Need to hang posters, SAAD award plaques, and Troupe sign in the theater still
- SAO just designated us a student worker – Brady Moses
- Need masking tape and Sharpies for costume room because of new system introduced today
VP: Alison
- Thinking of doing a Theater Cleaning day – a la Space Cleaning before next semester starts
- Have the theater up until January 23^rd
- Need to update the window outside of the theater again – pictures are peeling
- Looking into audition and GM rooms
VPSP: Ali
- Counted up BUSTies votes
- Absentee ballots for BUSTies should be on a different platform other than Google Forms
- Got rid of the organizer in the Producer’s Booth
- 2/3 of our vacuums don’t work
VPSP Elect: Danny
- Meetings
  - Set up a meeting with Kuiken for this week
  - Will send a message to Emily Prescott to try and set up a meeting
  - Will meet with Ali this week
- Assassins is going to start officially at the first GM
  - Sign ups will be going up until the 9^th
  - There will be a BUSTie and a separate secret prize award for the winner
- Will chat with each Board member separately to talk about how they envision special projects
- Can we buy scissors for Producer’s Booth?
- Mandatory $2 to participate in Assassins that will be collected before clothespins are given out
Treasurer: Brittany
- Went into SAO to order stickers – we’ll have them for next semester
- Rights for the shows happened
- When we do Theater Cleaning we should inventory Producer’s Booth in the theater
- Want to talk to Insomnia Cookies about doing a Charity Show fundraising day there
- Raise ticket prices from $5 for members and $6 for non-members to $7 for members and $8 for non-members to make up for deficit from shows that currently exists

- Need to post pictures to Flickr over break
- Will update the website info for next semester
- Need to add Danny's information to website on Board page
TA: Jamie
- Space Cleaning
  - E-Board: 34 hours
  - Seusssical: 102 hours
  - W;t: 52 hours
  - Really Really: 77 hours
  - Not everything that we wanted to get done did get done but that was expected
  - Still made everything much more functional
  - Made a props, flats and wood, furniture and costumes inventory
  - Labelled OB and Troupe flats and platforms separately
- Have a lot of suggestions for Tech Show – narrowing down
- Will wait to assign TDs until Friday of audition week
