- Director: Kyle
  - Very satisfied with performers
  - Very dissatisfied with turnout
  - Be mindful of season order in the future
  - Staged reading element was a hindrance to the show
- SM: Jamie
  - Jessica is ready to head SM

  - People loved the lobby
  - Note to assistants
    - You have to show up to all nights of the show even if you are just an assistant
  - Ticket sales
    - Try to avoid having rehearsals during two nights of the show – makes it difficult for people to see the show
  - Promo video was really effective
    - Producers should definitely consider them in the future

- Director: Joe
  - Move in happened
  - Had a guest director last week
  - Everything seems to be in good order
  - Try to not have GM in Student Theater during move in days
- SM: Sarah
  - Feels caught up
  - Blocking with tech needs to be figured out
  - Lines are solid
- TD: Caitlin
  - Had build week this week
    - Finished by past Wednesday
  - In a good place for first day of tech

  - Some departments might be slightly over budget – but under budget in other departments, so not worried
Really Really
- SM: Erin
  - Having a bit of an issue of with actor attendance
- TD: Danny
  - On Monday, Taylor, Ryan Kelly and Danny will meet to figure out build week schedule
  - Head scenic artist has been a no show for awhile
    - Emma Cheevers will step up to the plate from assistant position to head position
  - Tech has had low attendance at recent runs
    - Hoping to have more techies come to runs in the future
  - Made a cut list
- Producer: Andy
  - Almost done with GSU photo
  - Bio forms are due tomorrow
  - Very much under budget
    - Going to use budget to replenish general Stage Troupe necessities
  - Been trying to get in contact with SARP for awhile now
    - They informed us that they are unable to provide a representative for the Friday performance of Really Really
    - Working on finding another group to come in and mediate talkback
- Director: Rachel
  - Rehearsals are going well
    - Everyone who attends is on top of their game
    - Having some issues with actor attendance and what qualifies as an excused absence
  - Choreographed fight scenes on Tuesday to make sure all contact is done safely
  - Isabella Walpole guest directed today

E-Board Check Ins

President: Michael
- Took down the poster hangers in the lobby
  - New ones will be up for W;t
- Can we buy the plays for the play library?
VP: Alison
- Went to SAO
- Started reworking Article 13 of constitution for heads of production
- Got keys from Kyle and passed them onto Sarah
VPSP: Ali
- “A week of hell”
  - 3 responsibilities coincided
- One Acts auditions happened on Monday and Tuesday
  - Had a lot of scheduling conflicts with directors
  - Had stand-ins to record the auditions
  - High attendance though
- Had reading committee meetings this week
  - Having meetings in person was much more helpful than getting concerns via email
- Had meetings with VPSP candidates this week to talk about the positions
Treasurer: Brittany
- Talked with SAO about ticket things
  - There will not be membership tickets for W;t but there will be for Really Really
- Need to get Warren poster for Skriker
- Wandering Minds paid us for rentals for Don’t Dress for Dinner
  - Have to pay for the couch rental still
- People reached out to us for One Acts producers
Secretary: Karlie
- Sent minutes for theater community meeting with SAO to Crystal and theater groups in attendance
  - Will forward to Steve and Eric
- STAMP reached out to us this week
  - They want us to go to their fundraising event for CFA SOT senior theses projects – invited all of Stage Troupe to it
  - A handful of STAMP members came to see Skriker and said that they enjoyed it
TA: Jamie
- The sink in The Space got fixed by facilities
- WM and OB are building in the space this week
  - They sent Jamie their schedules
- Made TD application for the spring 2016 semester
- OB is borrowing wood from us
  - They’ll pay for it and we will borrow flats from them
- People have started to sign up for One Acts tech
