  - Karen reached out and said she would be doing hair and makeup for this week
  - Wants to inform One Acts directors to give auditioning priority to Skriker cast members because of tech week

  - Poster and cover photo are made and have been disseminated
  - Promo video will be out Tuesday night
  - Christy is taking care of programs
  - GSU ad has been up for 2 days now
W;t
- Director: Bridget
  - Full runs are underway
  - Actors are polishing lines with the SM team
    - Nicolette’s been a great addition as ASM
    - Is anyone available this Thursday, 6PM-7PM to help for the first hour of rehearsal to take line notes?
      - All W;t SMs are busy
      - Alison or Emily will help

  - Starting build week tomorrow
    - Made plan with ATD for the week
  - Been in touch with department heads
    - A lot of first time department heads so just trying to keep communication channels open

  - Have an exciting week planned:
    - Daniella Seidl will guest direct this Monday
    - Combat workshop with Emily and Simon on Tuesday
    - Second full run on Tuesday
      - All of tech is invited

  - First full run today
  - Actors are doing really well on lines
    - Especially with the show being so far out
- Producer: Andy
  - Poster photoshoot happened Saturday
  - Have to check in with SAO about Amazon Prime
  - POs and Amazon Prime wishlists due tomorrow
  - Bios will be sent out
- TD: Danny
  - Great hair and makeup and set design meeting on Friday
  - Finished the set design
    - Making virtual copy early this week
    - MC, Ryan, feels comfortable with it
  - Props, H&M and Sec Dec are just finishing making Amazon Prime lists
  - Change in Set Dec
    - Ali is going to be an assistant and Taylor and Danny will take over head position
  - Opened Space for props
  - Will open the Space this week to look at flats

E-Board Check Ins

- Need to start doing cast feedback
  - OB does it and it works really well
  - Will do with W;t and Really Really
- Accepted a pitch from Daniella Seidl late
  - She had personal extenuating circumstances so we allowed to her to pitch late
- Shakespeare Society talked to us this week
  - SS was not keen on us potentially doing a Shakespeare play next semester
  - Talking to SS tonight when they come in tonight
- Will be replacing the posters in the Student Theater lobby
  - Will do it with Jamie this week
  - Meeting with SAO is this week
VP: Alison
- Got rooms for One Acts
  - Had to change the time because waited to hear how many we needed
- Should be getting keys this week?
VPSP: Ali
- Semi-assembled the Reading Committee and planned times to meet this week
  - Waiting for E-Board availability to cement these decisions
  - Need to add a couple people for the Daniella’s pitch
- Need to reschedule movie night
- Announced One Acts this week
  - Auditions are Monday and Tuesday
  - Having problems with director availability for One Acts auditions
    - Working out a schedule
  - Will meet with VPSP candidates this week
  - Going to correct the facilities request for BUC seating

- Didn’t go to SAO this week!
- Trying to track down Seussical Warren poster
- Has to help Ali with the stadium seating request for BUC One Acts
Secretary: Karlie
- Made Facebook events for W;t and Skriker
- Going to send a One Acts auditions reminder email to membership tonight
- Need to make GM #3 agenda
- E-Board needs PDFs of scripts for pitches
- Laura Davis reached out about the Seussical cast performing at a Pan Hellenic charity event
  - Will reach out to Andy and Abby and Alison will help
- Need to make schedule for manning One Acts audition room
  - All of E-Board needs to fill out the Doodle

- Shakespeare Society did not get charged for the light board
- Wedding Singer build week will be happening this week
  - Karen (Wedding Singer TD) and Caitlin (W;t TD) are in contact
- Paint spill last week at Seussical strike ruined a few things
  - Using Really Really and W;t budgets to replenish things
- OB moved their stuff into the Space today
  - Cleaned a lot
  - Dismantled a lot of flats and platforms – have a lot of wood to use in the future
  - Have a contract for terms of OB’s temporary residence in the Space that all but Ali have signed
