  - The show happened
  - 5 week process worked really well for Seussical
    - Shows like this are great for Parents’ Weekend
    - Had a week of runs before tech week which was really helpful
- Music director: Jessie
  - Did a lot of prep work for pit over the summer
- Producers: Corey and Hanna
  - Came out under budget
  - Corey has a system for producing that he wants to pass down
  - There were definitely difficult parts of the process
  - Spoke to John B. at SAO last week about hardships with SAO
    - He apologized and gave us Home Depot giftcards
  - Printed 1200 playbills
    - Had way too many – probably ~700-800 in the futures
  - Head producers need to have 2-3 shows of experience in order to do Parents’ Weekend
  - Ticket sales
    - Friday: 265
    - Saturday: 255
    - Sunday: ~225
- SM: Alison
  - ASMs are the only people who have to be in rehearsal room who aren’t asked to do so
    - Need to ask ASMs about committing in the future
- TD: Tehya
  - Need to know when to pick battles with tech
  - TDs need to teach ATDs
    - They are great resources for TDs
    - Helps make them feel like they’re an important part of the team
- Hair and Makeup: Brittany
  - Need to get tech week schedule to tech team earlier
    - Corey: producers as well – should get a meeting with Stan

  - Have a full schedule
  - Will be in the theater starting the 25^th
  - Have someone to hang lights

  - Didn't get to rehearse much this week because of Seussical
  - Producing is going great
- Producer: DHD
  - Posters and cover photos are done
    - Warren and GSU posters have been submitted and approved
  - Shooting a promo video this week
  - Ordering the dry ice
Wit
- Director: Bridget
  - Reached hard off book date
  - Really miss Sarah
- SM: Sarah
  - Will be back on Thursday
  - Has two ASMs
    - Nicolette and Brenna
- Producer: Paulina
  - Bus ads were ordered
    - SAO pushed orders back one week so we’ll have ads running for a week after the show
  - Had a photoshoot
  - T-shirts have been ordered
  - Bios have been collected
- TD: Caitlin
  - Got the set design
    - Sent it to the lights person
  - Made a list of what we need to buy
  - Didn’t have a tech meeting today – wouldn’t be worth it
    - Asked heads to send her a check by noon on Monday
Really Really
- Director: Rachel
  - Had first full run of act 2
  - Hard off book date was today
- SM: Erin
  - Loves all of her actors
  - ASMs and her have been running lines with actors a lot
- Producer: Andy
  - Haven’t had a lot of time to talk and plan
    - Going to call Sarah sometime this week to figure stuff out for that
  - Haven’t received any Amazon wishlists from heads of departments
- TD: Danny
  - Tech meetings need to be taken more seriously
  - Finalized set design
  - Costumes measured actors today
  - Sound will be recording things with Zoe soon
  - Set dec and props will be let into the Space soon
  - Recruited two more techies from Seussical
    - For build and set dec

  - Great, but unfortunately we can’t pick all of them
  - Facebook event for One Acts auditions
Treasurer: Brittany
- Getting access to EventBrite for PW was very difficult
  - Talked to Shiney James about it
  - Used Check In Easy – wasn’t great but wasn’t terrible
  - Shiney wants Treasurer to have meeting with her at beginning of semesters from now on
- EventBrites are up for every show
- Steve: could we sell t-shirts at shows from now on?
Secretary: Karlie
- Big social media push for Seussical
- Need to have cover photos from producers as soon as they are made
TA: Jamie
- Will assign ASMs like SMs next semester
- WM will be building in The Space this week
- SAO will be paying for the dumpster for OB moving into the Space
- Made a plan for OB moving in next week
- Spilled paint in a cart during Seuss strike today
