SYNOPSIS:
Three seemingly unrelated people — the braggadocious womanizing journalist Vincent Cradeau, the sadistic lesbian secretary Inez Serrano, and the unstable vain socialite Estelle Delaunay — find themselves rooming together in a cramped, under-furnished room in Hell after death. Their initial awkward politeness quickly evaporates as they reveal the real torture of Hell: they can’t stand each other. Their personalities completely clash. As they recount their lives and recall the details of each bad deed that sent them to Hell, the hostility mounts among them, resulting in physical and verbal altercations meant to beat each other down and strip them of their humanity. Even when an exit presents itself, they would rather make the conscious choice to stay in the room and torture the others than try to make their escape.
Performances will be held on Wednesday, June 6th; Wednesday, June 13th; Wednesday, June 20th; Wednesday, July 11th; and Wednesday, August 29th at The Student Theater at Agganis Arena.
